We are building a game-changing business in the Information Security & Data Privacy Compliance space, and we are looking for a highly motivated, rockstar product manager who will work closely with the CTO to help shaping and delivering our platform, which sets a gold standard on the compliance market.
Our humble expectations
- Drive the discovery, development, and launch of new features.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market analysis, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Clearly define and document product requirements, including user stories, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Champion a user-centered design approach, ensuring that products are intuitive, efficient, and meet user needs.
- Plan and execute successful product launches, including creating marketing materials, training sales teams, and monitoring product performance post-launch.
- Lead user testing and data analysis to inform product development.
- Convey product vision and progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Manage the product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution.
What you bring
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager, preferably in the Information Security & Data Privacy Compliance domain.
- Strong understanding of GRC concepts and the ability to translate them into product features.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience with Agile development practices is a plus.
