We are building a game-changing business in the Compliance Automation space, and we are looking for a highly motivated Compliance expert who will work closely with the CEO and CTO to help determine product strategy, build client resources, test product, and work on client delivery.
This is a very unique role for a GRC expert: helping to shape the future of GRC management through AI and automation innovation. As our internal subject matter expert, you will play a key role in the strategy of the business and the trajectory of our growth.
Our expectations of this role
- Help shape the future of GRC management by contributing to product strategy, considering how AI and automation can be leveraged to save Enterprise teams time and money across GRC workflows and processes
- Test product prototypes and final development for confirmation of use case, improvements to be made, etc.
- Work with clients in the validation and delivery of features, including helping clients craft custom AI review criteria for maximum impact
- Develop client resources and thought leadership pieces on all GRC topics
- Support sales and partnership discussions
- Participate in speaking engagements and events to amplify Complyance’s message
- Oversee the management of internal compliance standards
- Deliver on key strategic/special projects in partnership with the founder/CEO
What you bring
- Previous experience in controls/GRC management, compliance transformation, and/or risk management
- Ideal candidate would have experience in both Big 4 or equivalent (preferably focused on tech risk or Information Security standards), and then direct experience working in the GRC team of an Enterprise stage company
- Deep expertise in the requirements for at least 3 of the following: ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, FedRAMP, GDPR, ISO 27701, NIST-Privacy, HIPAA, CCPA, SOX, FCPA
- A perspective on how AI can change Enterprise GRC
- Past exposure to multiple Enterprise GRC environments
- Familiarity with Enterprise GRC tech solutions in the market
- Clear track record of impact and delivery excellence
